Can You make a cover for my phone...?
YES! We can design any of our designs (or your design) on a cover for just about every cell phone model. If they make the phone, generally there is a case that is made for it.
How long do orders take?
We custom design every single order. Generally the design process can take as few as 7, or up to 15 business days to make. This is so that we get the correct phone model and stones to design your cell phone or other item as you request it. Once the item does ship we will email you the tracking number. Usually when orders are placed with any method other than paypal you receive an Immediate shipped notification. Please IGNORE that message, as every item will need to be designed before it is sent.
1. The Order Process is simple and easy! Check out the designs in our shop or the photo gallery, Or email us if you have a specific design request. All orders are custom made, so we can accommodate any request, but the pricing will vary depending on the stone size required to create the design. So be sure to choose your design...and then on to the next step! Go to the Shop our Store page and choose the Collection you'd like to order. We have this broken up into three sections for phone covers: Look For Less, Posh Collections, and the Glamour Collection...be sure to check out each section for great ideas! Once you have chosen, you simply fill out the order details for the design you'd like. Tell us your cell phone model (or other item), the colors you'd like, and pick a stone size. It is not always necessary to choose the tiniest stone size. For designs like the Diana Ross example in the custom designs section, you will definitely want to go with 3mm or 2.5mm stones. For designs like the Socialite you don't necessarily need to choose smaller stones...there is not much detail required to create those designs. It's simply a matter of choice.
We will then design a set of faceplates for your phone. Or you always have the option to send us your phone. You place your order for the design and the colors you would like. You can always tell us if you have an idea in mind. We will then design your faceplate (or other item), and ship it out to you. The new faceplates that we provide are non-bulky, and snap snugly over your phone. No more unscrewing or hassles with removing faceplates! 2. You also have the option of having your entire phone crystalled. For this option, you simply order the design you'd like, make payment, and mail the phone to Posh.Life. We will email you with a confirmation of how to send your phone to us and the dates we will have it (usually 2-3 business days). We do the work requested, and mail the phone back to you with whatever shipping method you pay for. There is no additional charge for sending us your phone to crystal. If you are ordering faceplates from us, most orders require approx. 7-14 business days to customize , dry, and be shipped out to you via the requested shipping method. Most orders are shipped out before this time period given, but this is the maximum wait time, depending on the business of our workload. Please note that every single design will vary slightly based on your cell phone model, the stone sizes that you choose, and the colors used. If you make changes to the designs seen on the site, that will completely change the look of your design. Please note that all photos on the site will show different sizes and colors. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding how your specific design will look BEFORE you purchase. All items are handmade, specifically for you, so every sale is a final sale.
Will the crystals stay on?Posh.Life uses a three-step process for crystalling your items. It has proven to be the best on the market. We have found that if you are careful with your phone, your stones will stay on. You must be careful with your phones, respect them, and don't over expose them to hot temperatures.

If you drop your phone case, or lose a stone over the time you own it, simply contact us via email and we will send you instructions on how to return your item. No more worries over your investment! And we know that it is an investment! Please note, we can only warranty the work that our designers do, therefore items created by a third party, ie; clear cases, pens, computer mouses or other electronic equipment, cannot be warrantied by Posh.Life, LLC. We cannot warranty items that are damaged with normal wear and tear, tampering, neglect, misuse or mishandling**, or that you send to us , reinstallation, or use not intended! We honor and warranty defects in workmanship Only!
Do you ship to my Country?
YES! Posh Life Ships all over the world! We ship to any country, and have shipped to most Countries at some point in our lifetime.
How will you ship our customized crystallized item back to us?
We will send your order back via U.S. Postal service or United Parcel Service. You can choose any other services if this is not fast enough, but the fee will be additional.
What is the order & return policy?
Each order is fully customized and created for you. All sales are final. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will try to work towards an agreeable resolution for both parties. Please be certain of the make and model number of your faceplate before placing an order. In addition, Posh.Life, LLC. is not responsible for improper installation. We do not install plates. We simply design them...installation will be up to you. We send either a full backplate for some collections, or a two piece set that simply snap together over the phone, so the process should be as simple as connecting the dots... If you are unsure of how to attach your new faceplate, we suggest that you bring it to your local cell phone store for assistance.
Posh Life is not responsible for you choosing the incorrect model in any circumstance, OR for the installation of it. We offer snap-on covers that do not require installation or removal of any phone parts...this is our standard cover for your phone, so you can avoid losing the warranties of your phones. In an effort to reduce fraud, Posh.Life will only ship to the billing address on all Credit Card orders. Paypal payments MUST be sent from Confirmed acounts only. You may send cash, check, or money orders if you'd like a different shipping address. Orders are all shipped with a signature confirmation required. Please note: Because we try to get each order processed in a timely manner; once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. If you need to make changes to an order after the order has been placed, there will be a $50 fee for any changes made. Please be certain that you want to place an order. We do not offer Refunds for any reason.
